GST & Invoicing
All our service fees are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per applicable law. A valid GST e-Invoice and Input Tax Credit (ITC) will be issued if a GSTIN is provided at the time of payment. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that correct GST details are furnished during the payment process.
Government Fees & Charges
Any applicable statutory fees for company registration, licenses, trademarks, or similar services will be shared with you upfront. These government charges are collected by us and remitted to the respective departments on your behalf.
Website Usage Terms

Community Guidelines
We may provide forums, comments, blogs, or other communication tools. You agree not to post any content that is:
- Defamatory, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful
- Infringing on copyrights or trademarks
- Spam or promotional content
- Misleading or impersonating others
Bharat e-Filing reserves the right to remove any such content without notice and shall not be liable for any delay in doing so.
Intellectual Property
All website content — including logos, graphics, code, and written material — belongs to Bharat e-Filing and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform without notice in case of policy violation or suspicious activity. Upon termination, all rights granted to the user will cease, and we may delete associated account data.
Governing Law
All services provided and any disputes arising are governed by the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your State/City]. By using our platform, you agree to resolve any legal matters in these courts.
Cancellations & Refunds
Once a payment is made, cancellations are not allowed. Refunds are only applicable in cases where Bharat e-Filing is unable to deliver the promised service.

Other Terms & Conditions for every specific points
- Incorporation, Startup & Registration Services
Condition | Explanation |
Bank Account Sharing | We may share your basic contact details with your chosen bank for account opening, only with your consent. However, the bank reserves the right to approve or reject your account request independently. |
Partnership Firm Registration | Registration with the Registrar of Firms is state-specific and may involve additional charges. We’ll inform you about these costs before proceeding. |
Company Name Options | You can suggest up to four name options in a single RUN form while applying for company name approval. This helps improve chances of name approval in the first attempt. |
Authorized vs Paid-up Capital | Authorized capital is the maximum capital your company is allowed to issue, and it can be increased anytime. Paid-up capital is the actual amount invested by shareholders, which can be as low as ₹2. |
Statutory Auditor Fees | A qualified auditor must be appointed within 30 days of incorporation, as per law. Their fees must be paid directly and are not included in our service package. |
DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) | We provide DSCs via Hyper Tokens and help with setup. As per updated CCA guidelines from July 2024, the client must pay the certifying authority directly for DSC issuance and KYC. |
Authorized Capital Top-up | You can choose to increase your authorized capital at the time of incorporation. Additional fees will apply based on your chosen capital and state. |
Stamp Duty | Stamp duty is charged by the respective state governments and varies based on capital and location. You are responsible for paying this duty at actual rates. |
- Intellectual Property (IP) Services: Trademark, Copyright & Patent
Condition | Explanation |
Pricing per Class | Trademark filing fees cover only one class of goods or services. If you need to register in multiple classes, extra charges apply. |
Trademark Name Selection | We do not offer services to suggest or research trademark names. It is your responsibility to choose a name, and availability is not guaranteed. |
Form Accuracy | You must carefully fill out and verify all trademark information. Any errors may result in rejection or delay in registration. |
Government Discretion | Trademark registration is entirely at the discretion of the Trademark Office. We cannot guarantee approval or control their decisions. |
Tracking Application | You are responsible for tracking your application status on the official IP India portal. We recommend regular monitoring for updates. |
Objections & Hearings | We are not liable for objections, oppositions, or legal hearings arising during the trademark process. Separate services are needed to handle such events. |
Data Privacy | All client data is kept confidential and used only for filing purposes. We do not share information unless legally required to do so. |
- Tax & Compliance Services
Condition | Explanation |
Service Scope | The service and deliverables depend on the compliance package you purchase. You’ll receive regular invoices and updates on what’s included. |
Price Dependency | Your GST registration type (Regular or Composition Scheme) may impact the service pricing. Make sure to choose the correct one. |
CA Verification | Verification by a Chartered Accountant for income tax returns or other filings comes at an additional cost, not included in base packages. |
Accuracy | All returns must be reviewed and approved by the client before submission. We’re not responsible for incorrect filings due to inaccurate client input. |
Client Responsibility | It’s your duty to share correct financial data and follow all applicable legal rules. We act only as your service facilitator. |
Govt. Fees | You must pay all applicable government charges, penalties for delay, and audit-related expenses directly. These are not included in our fees. |
Service Scope Limits | The quoted prices are for businesses with turnover under ₹25 lakhs and up to 25 employees. Exceeding this will attract additional charges. |
Additional Charges
Item | Explanation |
Turnover > ₹25L | Businesses with higher turnover need more compliance, so additional fees apply for each ₹25L block over the limit. |
Employees > 5 (HR & Tax Assist) | The basic package includes up to 5 employees. For more, you’ll be billed extra per employee. |
TDS Filing | Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) filings are billed quarterly and are not included in base packages. |
ESI, PF, PT | These monthly filings are separately billed and require active contribution compliance. |
Invoice Limit | The standard package allows 100 invoices per month. Extra fees apply for importing or generating more invoices in bulk. |
- Company / LLP Closure (Winding Up)
Condition | Explanation |
Eligibility for Strike-off | Only companies that haven’t operated or earned income for the past 2 years can be closed using STK-2. |
Director Compliance | All directors must cooperate, have active DINs and updated DSCs for filing the closure application. |
Bank Account Closure | Your business bank account must be closed before winding up, ideally after receiving any pending refunds. |
Offline Cancellation | Licenses like PT, IEC, PF, ESI, and trademarks must be manually canceled by the client after closure. |
Ineligibility for STK-2 | Certain companies, like Section 8 or public limited firms, or those involved in legal issues, can’t use the fast-track STK-2 closure method. |
Additional LLP Rules | LLPs must file FORM-3 within 30 days. FORM-24 can only be filed after full compliance with annual returns and clearances. |
Fee Notes | Clients must bear stamp duty, notary charges, penalties, and a ₹10,000 government fee for company closure. These aren’t included in our service fees. |
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
Condition | Explanation |
Satisfaction Guarantee | If you’re unhappy with our service, raise a ticket via the iCFO portal. Our management will review it within 24 to 48 working hours. |
Refund Requests | Refunds must be requested within 60 days of payment. A 20% cancellation fee applies, and refunds are processed within 4–5 weeks. |
Change of Service | If you change your mind, you can switch services within 7 days of placing your order. |
Standard Pricing Policy | We don’t offer refunds if government charges increase or if a service needs to be refiled due to rejection. |
No Guarantee Clause | We cannot guarantee government approvals or outcomes. Delays or rejections are beyond our control. |
Force Majeure | We’re not responsible for issues caused by events like natural disasters, legal changes, or political disruptions. |
Holding Requests | If you’re not ready to proceed immediately, we can hold your order and payment until you’re ready to continue. |
