If you are dissatisfied with any of our services, we request you to contact our support team promptly. Our dedicated team will evaluate your concern and work to resolve the matter at the earliest—whether through corrective action, refund, or credit toward a future service.

To initiate the grievance process, please reach out to our support email at support@bharatefiling.com with your service details and payment reference. Our representatives will escalate your case to the concerned team for resolution.

30-Day Refund Policy

Refund requests can be submitted within 30 days from the date of payment. However, once access to our platform or services is provided, Bharat e-Filing shall be deemed to have fulfilled its service obligation.

Please note:

  • A cancellation charge of 20%will be deducted from the paid amount for approved refunds.
  • Applicable GST and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Delay or rejection by government departments.
  • Submission of incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect information/documents by the client.
  • Client’s failure to respond in a timely manner or cooperate in providing required details.

Change of Service

You may request to change the originally purchased service to a different one within 7 days of payment, provided work on the initial service has not yet commenced. Any difference in fees for the new service will be adjusted accordingly.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@bharatefiling.comwith the following details:
  • Name and contact number
  • Date of payment and transaction reference
  • Service for which refund is being requested
  • Reason for dissatisfaction
    1. Our team will acknowledge the request and guide you through the verification process.
    2. Once verified, the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the case and payment gateway timelines.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Bharat e-Filing does not assume responsibility for penalties, government charges, or third-party costsincurred by the client during or after the service.
  • We do not guarantee outcomesfor services where decisions rest with government authorities (e.g., trademark registration, FSSAI approvals, MCA filings).
  • Any delays or disruptions due to external portals(Income Tax, GST, MCA, etc.) or government actions are outside our control and do not form valid grounds for refund claims.
  • Services availed through external professionals or third-party consultantswho are not directly employed by Bharat e-Filing are outside the purview of our refund policy.

Force Majeure

Bharat e-Filing shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, or non-performance of obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural calamities
  • Acts of war or terrorism
  • Government restrictions or policy changes
  • Public health emergencies (e.g., pandemics)
  • Internet or power outages
  • Labor strikes or civil disturbances
